A Little R&R Animal Sanctuary is a licensed nonprofit, foster-based rescue dedicated to giving animals in need the second chance they deserve. Our foster homes are located throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, allowing us to provide safe, loving environments while pets wait for their forever families. We rescue both cats and dogs locally, nationally, and even internationally, and we proudly facilitate adoptions throughout the United States and Canada.

Our mission is simple: save lives and connect animals with the loving homes they deserve.

But we can’t do it alone. We are always in need of compassionate foster families who can provide temporary homes for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. Every foster home allows us to rescue another animal in need.

We are also expanding our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) efforts to help humanely manage and protect community cat populations.
